Dear Quilting Friends,

We have made the decision to temporarily shut down Bound in Stitches retail store, effective immediately.  Social distancing is extremely important to slow the spread of COVID-19 ("coronavirus") and we want to take action as soon as possible.  It is a way we are doing our part to help slow down the spread of the pandemic until it is deemed publicly safe to reopen.

At Bound in Stitches, your health is of the utmost importance.  Our primary concern is the safety & welfare of you, our customers, our family and the greater community.  It is our hope that you truly understand and even more so, we hope that you take the necessary precautions to keep yourself and family safe, despite the inconvenience and interruption to your daily life.  We want to be here for you while keeping everyone healthy.
With that being said, the following will take place immediately:

  • 🧵  Retail Store will be temporarily shut down until further notice.
  • 🧵  Curbside Pickup: We are offering curbside pickup for our local customers.  Order online and you may pickup your order at our store.  You will receive an email on when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.
  • 🧵  Customer Service: Should you need any assistance, we are just a telephone call away!  ☎️ Customer service is available at 320-255-9021.
  • 🧵  Online Orders:  We will continue to fill online orders as normal.  Please know we are working diligently to process your online orders and will ship them as quickly as possible.
  • 🧵  BOM Programs:  Packages will continue to ship out as normal, but all the in-person pickups will offered at curbside pickup.
  • 🧵  Machine Quilting Services:  If you have contacted us regarding a quilt being machine quilted, rest assure that we have put your name on our list for this service.  If you are not sure if you are on the list, please feel free to contact us by telephone at (320) 255-9021 or email us at shop@bound-in-stitches.com
  • Shipping Options Online:
    • We have lowered our shipping fees at this time.
      USA Shipments
    • $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on orders up to $99.99
    • FREE shipping on orders of $100.00 or more
      Canadian Shipments
    • $12.95 shipping fee on orders up to $99.99 USD
    • $17.95 shipping fee on orders $100.00 - $349.99 USD
    • FREE shipping on orders of $350.00 and over USD

Thank you for your understanding.  We are looking forward to getting through this challenging time and life returning to normal.  Although this has been a hard decision for us, we believe in our hearts it is the right thing to do.  It is our moral and civic duty to help in the social distancing that is recommended.
