Are you ready to join in on this fun quilting adventure across the great state of Minnesota?  

How to begin:

  • All Minnesota Shop Hop Magazine is your guide to the All Minnesota Shop Hop! It features everything you need for your Great Sewing Adventures™.  In addition to using for the shop hop, you will find it an important resource whenever you are meandering through the country roads of Minnesota to find your next shop to visit.  It also contains inspiring patterns, projects and articles.
  • Besides an Official Passport and Map of Stores, the magazine contains patterns, articles and other resources for sewing and quilting inspiration.
  • The magazine notes special Shop Hop store hours and Regional and State maps that make it easy to plan your route.
  • Each person participating in this hop will need their own passport in order to register for prizes.


Exclusive Fabrics!

The 2025 All Minnesota Shop Hop fabrics presents a unique opportunity for quilting and sewing enthusiasts to explore an exclusive line of fabrics designed specifically for this event by Island Batik.  These fabrics are crafted with distinctive patterns and colors that reflect the spirit of Minnesota, making them a valuable addition to any fabric collection.

This year’s fabrics are a colorful line of batiks with wintery Minnesota themes. The main winter print has skiing, skating, ice fishing and snowmobile motifs along with snowflakes and snow covered trees. A similar stripe print is also available. Complimenting prints of fishing, skiing and sledding images each have a couple of color variations. Coordinating prints of dots, river, snow, waves and swirls add to your design options. Nine blender fabrics of batik solids round out the collection.

Fun Prizes

There are multiple levels of prizes for you to win. All winners are selected by random drawing. Prizes will be drawn for in the following order. Once an entry wins, it will not be eligible for additional prizes within that category. Individuals may have entries in multiple categories which may allow them to win more than one prize.

EVENT GRAND PRIZES: Collect the stamps from ALL stores on the All Minnesota Shop Hop to be entered in the drawing to win a special event-wide grand prize.

HALFWAY PRIZES: Collect passport stamps from at least HALF of all participating stores anywhere in Minnesota to be entered in this prize drawing.

REGIONAL PRIZES: Collect passport stamps from ALL stores in a Region to receive one entry into the prize drawing for THAT region. Regional Grand Prizes will be drawn first. Entries then become eligible for the many other prizes offered for each region. Complete one or all regions for more chances to win!

GENERAL LEVEL PRIZES: Collect passport stamps from 5 or more participating stores anywhere in Minnesota to be entered in this prize drawing. Shoppers who collect stamps from all the stores in a region will also be entered into this drawing. Be sure to submit your passport for entry!

Come Find Our Hopper on a Shelf - "Candy"

New this year is the "Hopper on a Shelf".  We named our Hopper Bunny Candy - as she has a sweet tooth for Batiks!

When you find our Hopper Bunny Candy, feel free to snag a picture of her and yourself for a fun memory of this event.  Let us know you found her in our shop and we will get you the directions to get entered into a prize drawing. If you find a Hopper Bunny Candy with friends, everyone in your group can enter. Successful hunters are allowed one entry per store.

Qualifying for Prizes

Visit any participating store to get your copy of the All Minnesota Shop Hop Magazine. It features everything you need for your Great Sewing Adventures™ — an official passport and map, information on participating stores, special shop hop hours, free patterns highlighting our exclusive fabrics, inspiring articles and more!

  • Present your passport in person to be stamped at each participating store you visit.
  • One stamp per customer per store.
  • No purchase is necessary to play!
  • Participants must be age 18 or older.
  • A special youth passport is available for young sewers ages 8 to 17! Pick one up at participating Shop Hop stores.
  • Only one passport may be submitted by a participant. In other words, two or more passports may NOT be combined to achieve prize levels.
