Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bound in Stitches!  We stand behind our products and want them to bring you joy.  Our regular priced merchandise may be returned for a store credit within 15 days of original purchase (excluding shipping & handling fees), provided they are unopened and in like-new condition, do not have a smoke odor or animal hair to the product(s). Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Just email us at shop@bound-in-stitches.com prior to returning your item.  Quilt Kits, Books, patterns and PDF downloadable patterns may not be returned and are a "final sale".

Should you decide to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, a cancellation fee of 20% of your order will be charged to cover administration costs.  You will receive a store credit for the remaining balance.

Our Quilter's Deal of the Day™ as well as all discounted merchandise are a “final sale” and not eligible to be returned since they are offered at such a deep discount. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellations

Due to all our fabrics and quilt kits being custom cut orders, we do not typically accept fabric or quilt kit returns unless there is a flaw or error with your order.  Any approved returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  This fee does not apply to a flaw in the fabric or an error made with your order.  If your return is approved, a prepaid label will be sent and $15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Approved cancelled orders that have not yet shipped, but have already been custom cut or pulled, will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Approved cancelled pre-orders will be charged a 15% processing fee with a minimum fee of $5.00 to cover administrative costs.   

Damaged Merchandise

Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email us at shop@bound-in-stitches.com and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical replacement item (when available) will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. There are times when an item may no longer be available, especially with fabric, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.

As stated above, all returns must include the original receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
