BOUND IN STITCHES GIFT CARDS:  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A Bound in Stitches gift cards (also known as “Electronic Gift Cards” or “E-Cards) is not valid until purchased.
  • Your use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms: The gift card may be applied towards any purchase made at bound-in-stitches.com.  Redeeming your electronic gift card functions as a payment method.
  • The gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
  • The gift card is not reloadable.
  • Bound in Stitches is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your card. You agree to defend and indemnify Bound in Stitches from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the gift card(s) or in violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Bound in Stitches reserves the right to deactivate or reject any gift card(s) issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions unless prohibited by law.
  • Bound in Stitches reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion. Changes to the terms and conditions will be provided to you by posting the revised version at bound-in-stitches.com
  • By purchasing the gift card, you are certifying and representing to Bound in Stitches that the activities in connection with which the gift card will be used comply with these terms and conditions as well as all applicable laws, rules and regulations and that the gift card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, unfair, deceptive or otherwise harmful to Bound in Stitches or its customers.
  • There may be a time when you could possibly be awarded with or receive a “promotional gift card”, in the form of “credits”, “rewards” or a physical or electronic gift card. These shall have the same terms and conditions as the gift card has.  The promotional gift card may be subject to additional exemptions and restrictions as listed and provided on the promotional gift card itself or any packaging and/or written material that may accompany it as well as any applicable law.
  • Bound in Stitches does not allow the resale of its gift card without prior written consent. When purchasing a gift card it may be used for personal, business or as a gift.
